Review and approval of the previous meeting minutes from June 6, 2022. The meeting minutes from June 6, 2022 were approved without objection. Zoning - Public Hearing 1:30 PM 2. 220066 A substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Industrial Light, IL2, to Two-Family Residential, RT4, to reflect the existing residential use of the site located at 2013 South Allis Street, on the west side of South Allis Street, south of East Stewart Street, in the 14th Aldermanic District. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye: 6- Washington, Sas-Perez, Bloomingdale, Smith, Crane, and Moody No: 0 Excused: 1- Nemec Zoning - Public Hearing 1:40 PM 3. 220067 A substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Industrial Mixed, IM, to Downtown-Mixed Activity, C9G, for the property located at 640 East Summerfest Place, on the north side of East Summerfest Place, west of North Harbor Drive, in the 4th Aldermanic District. Sponsors: Ald. Bauman Mr. Leichtling presenting. Appearing: Carl Kaeding, Kaeding Development Group Scott Ramlow, Ramlow/Stein No public testimony. Member Washington moved approval, seconded by member Sas-Perez. Sponsors: Ald. Bauman Appearing: Kevin Kuschel, DCD Planning Nick Orthmann, Bear Development SR Mills, Bear Development Mr. Leichtling, Kuschel, and the development team presenting. Hercules Brown publicly testified with concerns on plastic litter, rodent issue, and advocating for steel instead of plastic material. Member Washington moved approval, seconded by member Smith. (Prevailed 6-0) A motion was made by Ranell Washington, seconded by Willie Smith, that this Resolution be RECOMMENDED FOR ADOPTION AND ASSIGNED to the PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE . A motion was made by Willie Smith, seconded by Catrina Crane, that this Resolution be RECOMMENDED FOR ADOPTION AND ASSIGNED to the COMMUNITY & ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE .
