Review and approval of the previous meeting minutes from March 6, 2023. The meeting minutes from March 6, 2023 were approved without objection. (Prevailed 6-0) A motion was made by Allyson Nemec, seconded by Catrina Crane, that this Ordinance be RECOMMENDED FOR PASSAGE AND ASSIGNED to the ZONING, NEIGHBORHOODS & DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE . This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye: 6- Crane, Nemec, Bloomingdale, Washington, Sas-Perez, and Moody No: 0 Excused: 1- Smith Miscellaneous 3. 221785 Communication on the Reimagining WIS 175 Feasibility Study. Sponsors: THE CHAIR Appearing: Monica Wauck-Smith, DCD Planning Ms. Wauck-Smith made a presentation. Member Crane moved to hold, seconded by member Washington. (Prevailed 5-0-1) Vice-chair Nemec abstained. A motion was made by Catrina Crane, seconded by Ranell Washington, that this Communication be HELD IN COMMITTEE.
