The question was put: Are there any corrections to the Common Council Journal of Proceedings for the regular meeting of June 24, 2014? There being none, the minutes of the meeting were approved without objection. Ald. moved that the Common Council resolve itself into a Committee of the Whole for the purposes of making a presentation. There were no objections. Ald. moved that the Committee of the Whole rises.
