Meeting convened: 9:18 A.M.
Ald. Davis excused; Ald. Wade arrived at 9:23 A.M.
The Pledge of Allegiance was said followed by a moment of silent mediation.
The question was put: Are there any corrections to the Common Council Journal of
Proceedings for the regular meeting of November 24th. There being none, the
minutes of the meetings were approved without objection.
The Divine Savior Holy Angels High School Girls Volleyball Team and the Marquette
University High School Boys Soccer Team were honored during a special
presentation. These two state championship teams were recognized for their
teamwork and victories during the 2015 Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic
Association (WIAA) state volleyball and soccer tournaments. Divine Savior Holy
Angels High School won the 2015 WIAA Division I State Girls Volleyball
Championship for a second consecutive year, marking their sixth tournament
appearance in a row. Marquette University High School won the 2015 WIAA Division
I State Boys Soccer Championship, earning recognition for their outstanding 20-2
season record and for athlete Alec Phillipe’s award as all-area player of the year.

All members present indicated that they had read the report and recommendations
and the filed exceptions.
Ald. Stamper moved to reconsider Jay's Uptown Cafe and he would like to have a
warning letter issued instead as he has met with the owner, who has a new plan of
operations. There was only one objection (Ald. Bohl)
