Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silent Meditation 3. Election of the Common Council President Ald. Bohl nominated Ald. Hamilton for president. There were no other nominations. The nomination was approved unanimously. President Hamilton was escorted to the president's chair by Ald. Coggs, Stamper, Zielinski and Rainey. 4. Election of the City Clerk Ald.
