Sam Stair addressed the council, followed by Asst. City Atty. LaKeisha Butler for any
questions. There were none.
Atty. Michael Whitcomb present for Angel Velazquez. Asst. City Atty. LaKeisha
Butler came to the podium to provide information as Council members had no
questions.
Michael Jost present and Asst. City Attorney LaKeisha Butler did answer one
question.
Ald. Perez moved to suspend for 10 days, notwithstanding the Committee
recommendation, the Class B Tavern and Public Entertainment Premises licenses for
Angel Velazquez for the premises located at 626 S 5th St “Kana Mojito Club”
Prevailed. 10-5 (Rainey, Lewis, Witkowski, Stamper and Coggs voting "no")
There were no other motions.
