The question was put: Are there any corrections to the Common Council Journal of
Proceedings for the regular meeting of February 7th? There being none, the minutes of
the meetings were approved without objection.
Ald. Coggs moves that the Common Council resolved itself into Committee of the Whole
to hear a presentation congratulating Ralph Hollmon on his retirement from the
Milwaukee Urban League. Mr. Hollmon was presented by Ald. Milele Coggs and
escorted by Ald. Russelll Stamper, Jim Bohl, Cavalier Johnson and Chantia Lewis.
There were no objections.
Ald. Borkowski moves that the Common Council rise from Committee of the Whole.
