The question was put: Are there any corrections to the Common Council Journal of

THE LICENSES COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS:
PLACING ON FILE THE FOLLOWING:
2. 161333 Motion relating to the recommendations of the Licenses Committee
relative to licenses.
Sponsors: THE CHAIR
Ald. Zielinski made a motion to grant this license despite the recommendation of the
committee. Ald. Bauman is opposed to the license application for adult
entertainment.
Ald. Bohl moves to amend the plan of operation for Executive Lounge at 730 N. Old
World Third Street to include the submission dated May 2nd. Ald. Bohl moved to
suspend the rules to permit this motion to not be in writing. Ald. Bauman, Ald,
Witkowski, Ald. Kovac, and Ald. Perez voting "no" to the suspension of the rules; Ald.
Coggs abstaining. The motion to suspend the rules prevails on a vote of 10 ayes, 4
noes and one abstain.
Ald. Bauman moved to return to committee. Ald. Bauman, Kovac, Perez and
Witkowski voting "aye"; Ald. Coggs abstaining
Ald. Stamper moved that the Council go into a committee of the whole to hear from
the City Attorney's Office. Withdrawn.
Vote on amending the business plan as submitted by Ald. Bohl. Voting "no" is Ald.
Kovac and Ald. Bauman, Ald. Coggs is abstaining.
Ald. Zielinski moves to go into a committee of the whole to hear from the City
Attorney's office only on the question of amending the plan of operations. There
were no objections.

Ald. Zielinski moves that the committee rise into a Council of the whole. There were
no objections.
Vote on motion to amend the plan of operations. Voting "no" Ald. Kovac, Bauman,
Perez, Witkowski and Zielinski. Ald. Coggs abstaining. 9 ayes, 5 noes, one
abstention. I
