Included in the file are the following recommendations:
Renewal, with a ten (10) day suspension, based on applicant and aldermanic
testimony, of the Food Dealer and Weights & Measures licenses for the premises
located at 6410 N. 76th St. (“Sav-A-Lot #8014”) in the 9th aldermanic district. (written
objections have been filed)
All members present indicated they had read the report and recommendations of the
committee.
Atty. Joseph Olson present for John Breedlove. Ald. Zielinski moved that the Council
to into a committee of the whole. There were no objections.
Atty. Olson addressed the committee.
The City Attorney stood ready to answer any questions, of which there were none.
Ald. Zielinski moves that the committee now rise.
Ald. Lewis moved to renew this license, with a warning letter, despite the
recommendations of the committee for a 10-day suspension. There were no
objections.
