Marty Calderon of God Touch Milwaukee. The question was put: Are there any corrections to the Common Council Journal of Proceedings for the regular meeting of February 6, 2018? There being none, the minutes of the meeting were approved without objection. UNFINISHED BUSINESS 1. 171545 Substitute resolution directing the City Attorney to intervene on behalf of the City of Milwaukee before the Public Service Commission in relation to American Transmission Company’s application to construct high-voltage electric transmission facilities and a new substation for the Foxconn development. Sponsors: Ald. Bauman Ald. Bauman moved to hold the file to a later part of the meeting and withdrew the motion. Ald. Stamper proposed to introduce a file, cosponsored by Ald. Coggs, to have discussion with Foxconn regarding transit and employment opportunities. A motion was made by ALD. BAUMAN that this Resolution be ADOPTED.
