There being none, the minutes of the meeting were approved without objection. All members indicated they had. The question was put Are any of the following or their counsels present and, if so, do they wish to address the Common Council? Patsy Smith-James James Harrison Ald. Zielinski moved that the Common Council resolve itself into a Committee of the Whole to hear oral argument on behalf of the licensee in opposition to the Report and Recommendations and a statement presented by the City Attorney. There were no objections. The Council resolved itself into the Committee of the Whole. The following attorneys addressed the Council: Atty. Vincent Bobot on behalf of Patsy Smith-James Atty. David Halbrooks on behalf of James Harrison ACA Tyrone St. Junior Ald. Zielinski moved that the Committee now rise. There were no objections. The question was put Are there any motions relative to this matter? Ald. Bohl moved to renew, with a 60 day suspension, the Class B Tavern and Public Entertainment Premises licenses of James Harrison for the premises located at 3945 N 35th (“Tatou”). The motion failed 11-4; with Alds. Bauman, Coggs, Donovan, and Murphy voting "no", Ald. Rainey moved to return to the Committee of the Whole to hear for ACA St. Junior. A vote of those Council members present was taken to approve the recommendations of the Licenses Committee as contained in File Number 171487. The roll was called with the following vote: 15-0; with Alds. Bohl and Witkowski voting no for the Class B Tavern and Public Entertainment Premises licenses of James Harrison for the premises located at 3945 N 35th (“Tatou”). The question was put if there was any further discussion of the Committee report? Ald. Zielinski moved for approval of the remainder of the report of the Licenses Committee. Ald. Zielinski abstained from voting on the Class A Malt & Class A Liquor and Food Dealer licenses for Gurinder Nagra for the premises located at 2667 N 5th St "Center Street Food and Liquor". A motion was made by ALD. ZIELINSKI that this Motion be APPROVED.
