Zielinski moved that the Common Council resolve itself into a Committee of the Whole to hear oral argument on behalf of the licensee in opposition to the Report and Recommendations and a statement presented by the City Attorney. There were no objections. The Council resolved itself into the Committee of the Whole. The following attorneys addressed the Council: Atty. Vincent Bobot on behalf of Patsy Smith-James Atty. The motion failed 11-4; with Alds. Bauman, Coggs, Donovan, and Murphy voting "no", Ald. Rainey moved to return to the Committee of the Whole to hear for ACA St. Junior. The question was put if there was any further discussion of the Committee report? Ald. Zielinski moved for approval of the remainder of the report of the Licenses Committee. Ald. Zielinski abstained from voting on the Class A Malt & Class A Liquor and Food Dealer licenses for Gurinder Nagra for the premises located at 2667 N 5th St "Center Street Food and Liquor".
