The question was put: Are there any corrections to the Common Council Journal of Proceedings for the regular meeting of November 5, 2018 and budget adoption meeting of November 13, 2018? There being none, the minutes of the meetings were approved without objection. UNFINISHED BUSINESS 1. 180001 Communication from the Mayor relating to the proposed 2019 budget. Offset by eliminating $375,000 of new borrowing for the Police Auto License Plate Recognition Capital project.
