The below item may be taken from committee at a special Common Council meeting to be
held at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, March 11, 2019, in the Common Council Chamber, for the
purpose of moving its adoption.
181430 Substitute resolution conditionally approving an agreement with DNC
Services Corp. and The Good Land Committee to be entered into if the
City of Milwaukee is chosen by the DNC as the host city for the 2020
Democratic National Convention.

A motion was made by ALD. DONOVAN that this Resolution be TAKEN FROM
COMMITTEE. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote:

There were no objections.
Deputy City Attorney Schanning appeared and addressed the Common Council.
Ald. Murphy moved that the committee of the whole rise.
There were no objections.
Ald. Johnson moved for unanimous sponsorship. There were no objections.
A motion was made by ALD. DONOVAN that this Resolution be ADOPTED. This
motion PREVAILED by the following vote:
