The meeting was called to order at 9:25 AM
The Pledge of Allegiance was said and followed by an invocation from Dr. James
Sussler
The question was put: Are there any corrections to the Common Council Journal of
Proceedings for the regular meeting of June 18, 2019? There being none, the minutes
of the meeting were approved without objection.
Ms. Raniyah Edwards was congratulated on being named Miss Juneteenth 2019 and
Ms. Baily Clemmons on being named Little Miss Juneteenth 2019. Miss Little
Juneteenth Day was escorted by Ald. Coggs, Dodd and Murphy.
