There being none, the minutes of the meeting were approved without objection. Ms. Raniyah Edwards was congratulated on being named Miss Juneteenth 2019 and Ms. Baily Clemmons on being named Little Miss Juneteenth 2019. Miss Little Juneteenth Day was escorted by Ald.
