The meeting was called to order at 9:22 a.m.
The Pledge of Allegiance was said followed by an invocation from Bishop C.H.
McClelland, pastor of Holy Cathedral Church of God in Christ.
The question was put: Are there any corrections to the Common Council Journal of
Proceedings for the regular meeting of January 21, 2020?
