Roll Call Present: 15 - Hamilton Johnson Kovac Bauman Dodd Coggs Rainey Zamarripa Lewis Murphy Borkowski Perez Spiker Dimitrijevic Stamper A moment of silence was held amid protests and the death of George Floyd followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. 3. 200028 Substitute resolution relating to delinquent property tax interest and penalties. Sponsors: Ald. Coggs A motion was made by ALD. COGGS that this Resolution be TAKEN FROM COMMITTEE. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye, 15 - Ald.Hamilton, Ald.Johnson, Ald.Kovac, Ald.Bauman, Ald.Dodd, Ald.Coggs, Ald.Rainey, Ald.Zamarripa, Ald.Lewis, Ald.Murphy, Ald.Borkowski, Ald.Perez, Ald.Spiker, Ald.Dimitrijevic Ald.Stamper No, 0 Ald. Spiker moved to enter into Committee of the Whole to obtain answers to questions raised. There was no objection. Dodd moved to rise from Committee of the Whole. There was no objection. A motion was made by ALD. COGGS that this Resolution be ADOPTED.
