Hamilton moved to return to committee: Ayes: Hamilton, Dodd, Coggs, Rainey, Lewis, Stamper, Johnson -- 7 ayes 8 noes. The motion fails. Ald. Dodd, Coggs and Hamilton voting "no" for the 60-day suspension. Vote on the 60-day suspension: Ayes: Kovac, Bauman, Zamarripa, Murphy, Borkowksi, Perez, Spiker, Diminitrejivic - 8 ayes, 7 noes.
