The question was put: Are there any corrections to the Common Council Journal of Proceedings for the regular meeting of September 20, 2022? There being none, the minutes of the meeting were approved without objection. Ald. Borkowski moved for the Common Council to resolve itself into the Committee of the Whole for the purpose of receiving presentations. There were no objections. Ald. Borkowski presented resolutions recognizing the Deferred Compensation Plan Board on receiving the 2022 Plan Sponsor of the Year Award from PLANSPONSOR, a retirement industry trade organization and publication, for exceptional service to clients, financial health and retirement success.
