Andrea M. Pratt was sworn in and made some remarks. Ald. Lamont Westmoreland was sworn in and made some remarks. Ald. Larresa Taylor was sworn in and made some remarks. The question was put: Are there any corrections to the Common Council Journal of Proceedings for the regular meeting of March 21, 2023? There being none, the minutes of the meeting were approved without objection. Ald. Coggs moved that the Common Council resolve itself into Committee of the Whole for hearing presentations. There was no objection.
