Nonrenewal of the Class B Tavern, Public Entertainment Premises and Food Dealer licenses for Eric Whitelaw based upon second nonappearance for the premises located at 715-17 S 5th St. (“Hex Nightclub”), in the 12th aldermanic district. (No Written Objections Have Been Filed) Nonrenewal of the Class B Tavern, Public Entertainment Premises and Food Dealer licenses for Marcos Ramos-Garcia based upon nonappearance for the premises located at 2242 S Kinnickinnic Av. (“Makk'n'Cheese/Blind Tiger’), in the 14th aldermanic district. (No Written Objections Have Been Filed) Renewal with a 30 day suspension of the Hotel/Motel license for Alpa N. Spiker moved, notwithstanding the committee's recommendations, that a 15 day suspension be given, instead of the 30 day suspension, originally recommended by License committee. There were no objections. Renewal with a 10 day suspension of the Extended Hours Establishments, Filling Station, Food Dealer and Weights & Measures licenses for Rajmaninder S. Sangha based upon the preponderance of the evidence in the police report and the applicant’s testimony that demonstrates the operation results in a threat to health, safety or welfare of the public; for the premises located at 4928 W Villard Av.
