The question was put: Are there any corrections to the Common Council Journal of
Proceedings for the regular meeting of March 19, 2024?
There being none, the minutes of the meetings were approved without objection.
Ald. Coggs moved that the Common Council resolved itself into Committee of the Whole for
hearing presentations. There was no objection.
Ald. Rainey, Ald. Borkowski, and Ald. Murphy were recognized and made departing
remarks from office.
Ms. Vi Hawkins, community organizer/activist and constituent, recognized Ald. Murphy for
his service.
Ald. Murphy moved that the Common Council rise from Committee of the Whole. There
was no objection.
