Increasing the recommended funding for the request titled "Southside Organizing Committee - Community Organizing: Translation Services" by $10,000, from $0 to $10,000. Increasing the recommended funding for the request titled "Sherman Park Community Association - Housing - Neighborhood Improvement Program (NIP)" by $6,000, from $25,000 to $31,000.
