file by adding the following footnote at the end of page 9:
“Funds under the Public Service-Community Organizing category shall be allocated
by a request-for-proposal (RFP) process.”

Ald. Davis moved to amend Common Council File Number 130325, a resolution
relative to the establishment of the Year 2014 Funding Allocation Plan by amending
the 2014 Proposed Funding Allocation Plan (FAP) recommendations attached to this
file by:
1. Decreasing the recommended funding for the 2014 Proposed CDBG Entitlement
Allocation category titled “Proposed CITY CDBG Allocation” by $1,000,000, from
$6,351,150 to $5,351,150. (page 12)
2. Increasing the recommended funding for the following 2014 Proposed CDBG
Entitlement Allocation Public Service-Community Organizing category:
• Neighborhood Strategic Planning by $235,000, from $810,000 to $1,045,000.

3. Increasing the recommended funding for the 2014 Proposed CDBG Entitlement
Allocation Public Service-Community Organizing by $690,000, by creating and
funding the following categories:
• Milwaukee Promise / BMA funded at $500,000. (page 9)
• Be The Change funded at $190,000. (page 9)
4. Increasing the recommended funding for the following 2014 Proposed CDBG
Entitlement Allocation Capacity Building-Technical Assistance to CBO’s by $75,000,
from $75,000 to $150,000. (page 10)
