1. 140603 Communication from the office of the Mayor and the Department of
Administration - Community Grants Administration relating to the
Community Advocates - One Summer Plus Pilot Program.
Appearing:
Ms. Andi Elliott - Chief Executive Officer - Community Advocates, Inc.,
Ald. Davis after having confirmed with Ms. Elliott that she was misquoted in the article
published by Ms. Georgia Pabst on August 10, 2014, asked the City Clerk Office
prepare a memo with City Attorney's overview to send a letter to the editor of the
MIlwaukee Journal Sentinel retracting that particular statement and published on
behalf of the City of Milwaukee.

A motion was made by ALD. ZIELINSKI that this Ordinance be RECOMMENDED
FOR PASSAGE. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote:

Persons engaged in lobbying as defined in s. 305-43-4 of the Milwaukee Code are required to
register with the City Clerk's License Division. Lobbyists appearing before a Common Council
committee are required to identify themselves as such. More information is available at
