S. Department of Housing and Urban Development through the Community Development Grants Administration (CDGA). Sponsors: THE CHAIR Individual present: Steve Mahan - Community Block Grants Administration Ald. Davis moved to make the listing of CDBG funds departments receive part of the record. There were no objections. Ald. Zielinski arrived at 9:57 A.M. Eric Pearson - Budget Office Held so all the depts. can be noticed and justified how they spend these funds. Ald. Wade would like to have a special CED meeting to deal with any disagreements on this file. Ald. Michael Murphy Proposed Substitute A accepted. A motion was made by ALD. WADE that this Resolution be SUBSTITUTED. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye 5- Davis, Wade, Perez, Zielinski and Stamper No 0 140944 Substitute resolution authorizing the acceptance and funding of the City of Milwaukee’s 2015 consolidated community development entitlement funding for Program Administration from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development through the Community Development Grants Administration (CDGA). Sponsors: THE CHAIR Held to notice all departments and also schedule for a special meeting prior to the regular CED meeting of Dec. 8th. Mr. Pearson asked that any needed information be requested of himself or Mr. Mahan as soon as possible so departments can begin responding. Alds. Wade and Davis both want to know how many positions are being funded in each department and financial breakdown, as well as any consulting charges. Ald. Zielinski asked that department responses be in writing. Mr. Pearson noted that many of these positions have been funded for a long time and are not new positions. A motion was made by ALD.
