(2nd Aldermanic District) Sponsors: THE CHAIR Mr. Smith not present, so Ald. Rainey moved to hold until later in the meeting. There were no objections. A motion was made by ALD. JOHNSON that this Appointment be RECOMMENDED FOR CONFIRMATION.
