entitlement funding for Community Development Block Grant, HOME
Investment Partnership and Emergency Solutions Grant Program from
the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development through the
Community Development Grants Administration.

Steve Mahan - Community Block Grants Administration
Ald. Stamper said there will be a summit hosted on community organizing with the
police department and a full-time position will be created to community organize. He is
going to RPF NSP 19, 14, 8 and 11 and will be collaborating with the Office of
Violence Prevention and the MPD. The summit will occur in January. They will be
looking for new entities to fund or those organizations that can work with new entities.

Milwaukee County District Attorney - the community prosecutors is now fully funded.

Trina Bond - Housing Resources, Inc.

Ald. Stamper moved to amend the file to strike funding of NSP 19, 14, 8 and 11 and a
new RPF to be issued for these four NSPs. There were no objections.

Persons engaged in lobbying as defined in s. 305-43-4 of the Milwaukee Code are required to
register with the City Clerk's License Division. Lobbyists appearing before a Common Council
committee are required to identify themselves as such. More information is available at
