S. Department of Housing and Urban Development through the Community Development Grants Administration. Sponsors: THE CHAIR Individuals present: Steve Mahan - Community Block Grants Administration Ald. Stamper said there will be a summit hosted on community organizing with the police department and a full-time position will be created to community organize. He is going to RPF NSP 19, 14, 8 and 11 and will be collaborating with the Office of Violence Prevention and the MPD. The summit will occur in January. They will be looking for new entities to fund or those organizations that can work with new entities. Dave Mitzel - Boys and Girls Club - speaking on adding Saturday hours if they got more funding. Travis Landry - West Care Wisconsin Shanee Jenkins - YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee Trina Bond - Housing Resources, Inc. Kristin Luzar - Urban Economic Development Association Mario Higgins - Community Block Grants Administration. Ald. Stamper moved to amend the file to strike funding of NSP 19, 14, 8 and 11 and a new RPF to be issued for these four NSPs. There were no objections. A motion was made by ALD.
