1. Roll call and approval of the minutes from the previous meeting.
Ms. Barndt moved, seconded by Ms. Davis to approve the previous meeting minutes.
Ms. Spraggins moved, seconded by Mr. Kalscheur to recognize Joanna Polanco's
service to the Milwaukee Ethics Board.
2. The Board may convene into closed session to hear disciplinary matters and related
information pursuant to s. 19.85(1)(b) and/or (f), Wis. Stats., and to consider and render
confidential advice pursuant to s. 19.85(1)(h), Wis. Stats.
A closed session was not required.
3. The Board may then convene into open session as authorized by s. 19.85(2), Wis. Stats.
4. Approval of The City of Milwaukee Board of Ethics 2013 Annual Report.
Updates were made to items 13-6, 13-7, and 13-8 of the Annual Report.
Mr. Kalscheur moved, seconded by Ms. Davis to approve the 2013 Annual Report.
5. Report from staff assistant relating to office activities of the previous month.
Ms. Celella has been reviewing the annual Statement of Economic Interest forms that
have been submitted. Approximately one third of the forms have been submitted
thus far. The filing deadline is February 28, 2014.
6. Review newly filed Statement of Economic Interest Forms for clarity and completeness.

The board reviewed and approved the Statement of Economic Interests of Kail
Decker and Steven Miner.
There were no objections.
7. Set next meeting date(s).

validated in Room 205, (City Clerk's Office) or the first floor Information
Booth in City Hall.
d) Effective July 1, 2005, persons engaged in lobbying as defined in s.
305-43-4 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances are required to register with
the City Clerk's Office License Division. More information is available at
