Meeting convened at 9:09 a.m.

1. Roll call and approval of the minutes from the previous meeting.
Mr. Shelledy moved approval, seconded by Mr. Kalscheur, of the meeting minutes from
April 19, 2016. There were no objections.
2. The Board may convene into closed session to hear disciplinary matters and related information
pursuant to s. 19.85(1)(b) and/or (f), Wis. Stats., and to consider and render confidential advice
pursuant to s. 19.85(1)(h), Wis. Stats.
Ms. Barndt moved for the board to convene into closed session to hear disciplinary
matters and related information pursuant to s. 19.85(1)(b) and/or (f), Wis. Stats., and
to consider and render confidential advice pursuant to s. 19.85(1)(h), Wis. Stats.
There were no objections.
The meeting convened into closed session at 9:10 a.m.
3. The Board may then convene into open session as authorized by s. 19.85(2), Wis. Stats.
Ms. Hintz moved to convene into open session as authorized by s. 19.85(2), Wis.
Stats. There were no objections.
The board convened into open session at 10:19 a.m.
Chairwoman Wacker said that a request for confidential advice was discussed during
closed session and the board will issue a decision.

4. Report from staff assistant relating to office activities of the previous month.
Mr. Lee said there are nine newly filed Statements of Economic Interest applications
for the board to review and that all statement forms for last year have all been filed.
5. Review newly filed Statement of Economic Interest Forms for clarity and completeness.
The board reviewed and approved, without any objections, nine newly filed statement
forms submitted by Sonya Gonzalez, Montavius Jones, Angela McKenzie, Todd Miller,
Reginald Moore, Tamsyn Reed, Carmen Roman, Nathan Schafer, and Irma
Yepez-Klassen.
6. Set next meeting date(s).
Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at 9 a.m. at City Hall.

c) Limited parking for persons attending meetings in City Hall is available at reduced rates (5
hour limit) at the Milwaukee Center on the southwest corner of East Kilbourn and North Water
Street. Parking tickets must be validated in Room 205, (City Clerk's Office) or the first floor
Information Booth in City Hall.
d) Effective July 1, 2005, persons engaged in lobbying as defined in s. 305-43-4 of the Milwaukee
Code of Ordinances are required to register with the City Clerk's Office License Division. More
