Roll call and approval of the minutes from the previous meeting. The meeting convened at 9:00 AM Individual also present: Joanna Gibelev - Assistant City Attorney Mr. Shelledy stated the minutes from October 18th should be changed to add language regarding what was discussed in closed session under #3, and to change sent to received under #5. Ms. Barndt stated there is a typo in #6 and should be changed from in to if. Ms. Barndt moved approval of the minutes as amended, seconded by Ms. Davis. There were no objections. Present: 1 - Shelledy Excused: 2 - Hintz, De La Rosa 2. The Board may convene into closed session to hear disciplinary matters and related information pursuant to s. 19.85(1)(b) and/or (f), Wis. Stats., and to consider and render confidential advice pursuant to s. 19.85(1)(h), Wis. Stats. Ms. Davis moved, seconded by Ms. Barndt to convene into closed session. The Board convened into closed session at 9:04 AM. 3. The Board may then convene into open session as authorized by s. 19.85(2), Wis. Stats. Mr. Shelledy moved, seconded by Ms. Davis to reconvene into open session. There were no objections. The Board reconvened into open session at 10:21 AM. Ms. Wacker stated the Board discussed two requests for confidential opinions and will issue written opinions. 4. Report from staff assistant relating to office activities of the previous month. Ms. Kuether stated the request for the annual review of Y footnotes was sent to department heads in early November. Requests for Y footnote changes came from the following departments: Assessor's Office, Department of Public Works, Treasurer's Office, and Department of City Development. She added that the email regarding annual Statement of Economic Interests will be sent out in December. Ms. Davis moved, seconded by Mr. Shelledy to approve the Y footnote changes. Parking tickets must be validated in Room 205, (City Clerk's Office) or the first floor Information Booth in City Hall. d) Effective July 1, 2005, persons engaged in lobbying as defined in s. 305-43-4 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances are required to register with the City Clerk's Office License Division.
