Roll call and approval of the minutes from the previous meeting. The meeting convened at 9:05 AM Individual also present: Peter Block - Assistant City Attorney Mr. Kalscheur moved approval of the minutes, seconded by Mr. Shelledy. There were no objections. Present: 4 - Wacker, Barndt, Shelledy, Kalscheur Excused: 1 - Hintz 2. The Board may convene into closed session to hear disciplinary matters and related information pursuant to s. 19.85(1)(b) and/or (f), Wis. Stats., and to consider and render confidential advice pursuant to s. 19.85(1)(h), Wis. Stats. Ms. Barndt moved, seconded by Mr. Kalscheur to convene in to closed session at 9:07 AM. There were no objections. 3. The Board may then convene into open session as authorized by s. 19.85(2), Wis. Stats. Mr. Kalscheur moved, seconded by Ms. Barndt to reconvened into open session. There were no objections. The Board reconvened in to open session at 9:58 AM. Ms. Wacker stated the Board heard two requests for confidential opinion and will issue written responses. 4. Report from staff assistant relating to office activities of the previous month. Ms. Kuether-Steele stated there are 29 Statements of Economic Interest still outstanding and will follow the process in the ordinance for the delinquent filings. Assistant City Attorney Peter Block stated written opinions from previous requests will be completed soon. Some revisions were made to the Annual Report to make it more general. 5. Parking tickets must be validated in Room 205, (City Clerk's Office) or the first floor Information Booth in City Hall. d) Effective July 1, 2005, persons engaged in lobbying as defined in s. 305-43-4 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances are required to register with the City Clerk's Office License Division.
