Roll call and approval of the minutes from the previous meeting. The meeting convened at 9:04 AM. Individual also present: Asst. City Attorney Peter Block Ms. Barndt moved, seconded by Mr. Kalscheur approval of the previous minutes. There were no objections. Present: 4 - Wacker, Barndt, Shelledy, Kalscheur Excused: 1 - Hintz 2. The Board may convene into closed session to hear disciplinary matters and related information pursuant to s. 19.85(1)(b) and/or (f), Wis. Stats., and to consider and render confidential advice pursuant to s. 19.85(1)(h), Wis. Stats. Mr. Kalscheur moved, seconded by Mr. Shelledy to go into closed session. There were no objections. The meeting convened into closed session at 9:06 AM. 3. The Board may then convene into open session as authorized by s. 19.85(2), Wis. Stats. Mr. Kalscheur moved, seconded by Mr. Shelledy to reconvene into open session. There were no objections. The meeting reconvened into open session at 9:36 AM. Ms. Wacker stated the Board met in closed session to discuss a request for confidential opinion and will respond in writing. 4. Report from staff assistant relating to office activities of the previous month. Ms. Kuether-Steele stated the new Staff Assistant is Yashica Hayes. She stated 14 Statements of Economic Interests are outstanding and will file affidavits with the City Attorney's Office. 5. Review newly filed Statement of Economic Interest Forms for clarity and completeness. The Board reviewed newly filed Statement of Economic Interests for Nicole Fleck and Molly Kuether-Steele. Parking tickets must be validated in Room 205, (City Clerk's Office) or the first floor Information Booth in City Hall. d) Effective July 1, 2005, persons engaged in lobbying as defined in s. 305-43-4 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances are required to register with the City Clerk's Office License Division.
