Roll call and approval of the minutes from the previous meeting. Mr. Nicholas moved approval of the minutes, seconded by Ms. Mueller. There were no objections. Present: 7 - Hintz, Kalscheur, Kruse, Maus, Nicholas, Mueller, Johnson 2. Discussion and possible vote to Suspend Board Rule III, in instances where it appears likely that the Board will make a determination that a complaint does not allege facts sufficient to constitute a violation of Ch 303, in instances where a federal, state or local government department or agency has issued an executive order during the current public health emergency Atty. Block stated this is suspension of Rule III is just for the time being given the pandemic, and it would allow dismissal of complaints that on their face do not allege violations of Chapter 303, without having to notice the parties involved and have a hearing to dismiss the complaint. Ms. Johnson moved to suspend Rule III during the current health emergency, seconded by Mr. Kalscheur. There were no objections. 3. The Board may convene into closed session to hear disciplinary matters and related information pursuant to s. 19.85(1)(b) and/or (f), Wis. Stats., and to consider and render confidential advice pursuant to s. 19.85(1)(h), Wis. Stats. Mr. Kalscheur moved to convene in to closed session, seconded by Mr. Kruse. There were no objections. Parking tickets must be validated in Room 205, (City Clerk's Office) or the first floor Information Booth in City Hall. d) Effective July 1, 2005, persons engaged in lobbying as defined in s. 305-43-4 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances are required to register with the City Clerk's Office License Division.
