Roll call The meeting convened at 1:32 pm Members present: Hintz, Kalscheur, Kruse, Maus Johnson and Mueller. Absent: Nicholas Also joined by Peter Block. 2. Discuss the request to extend the filing deadline for SEI forms due on February 28th, 2022. A letter was sent to all the members of the board from the City Clerk' s office requesting to extend the filing deadline for the Statement of Economics Interest forms to April 15, 2022. Ms. Hintz said that she does not have problem with the request but she thinks that April 18, 2022 works best giving an extra weekend to people to catch up with deadlines. Ms. Johnson made a motion to extend the filing the date to April 18, 2022 and to waive the late filing fee until April 18, 2022 and the additional $5 per day late filing fee be waived until May 16, 2022. The motion was seconded by Ms. Mueller. There were no objections. 3. Set next meeting date(s). Mr. Kalscheur moved to adjourn the special meeting. The motion was seconded by Ms. Johnson. Parking tickets must be validated in Room 205, (City Clerk's Office) or the first floor Information Booth in City Hall. d) Effective July 1, 2005, persons engaged in lobbying as defined in s. 305-43-4 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances are required to register with the City Clerk's Office License Division.
