Roll call and approval of the minutes from the previous meeting. The meeting was called to order at 3:03 pm Members Present: Ms. Hintz, Mr. Kalscheur, Ms. Maus, Ms. Johnson, Ms. Mueller. Mr. Block from the City's Attorney Office was present as well. Mr. Nicholas joined the meeting at 3:17 pm Members Excused: Mr. Kruse Ms. Hintz moved approval of the minutes from the previous meeting, seconded by Ms. Maus. There were no objections. 2. The Board may convene into closed session pursuant to s. 19.85(1)(b) and/or (h), Wis. Stats., to consider and render confidential advice. The Board will then convene into open session as authorized by s. 19.85(2), Wis. Stats. to continue with the remainder of the agenda. Ms. Hintz moved to convene in closed session, seconded by Mr. Kalscheur. There were no objections. Ms. Hintz moved to convene in open session, seconded by Ms. Maus. There were no objections. 4. Report from staff relating to office activities of the previous month. Mr. Block said that a letter will be send from CAO to the employee and Ms. Melendez will draft the letters for the 2 board members. The 2021 Ethics Board Activity Report will be reviewed once more by Mr. Block. Ms. Maus name will be removed from the 2022 SEI form as today was her last meeting as a member. The form will be sent to Mr. Houston. The board agreed on inviting Mr. Arnold to discuss a website update. 5. Review newly filed Statement of Economic Interest Forms for clarity and completeness. Report from staff relating to office activities of the previous month. a) SEI's Report Same report as last meeting: 3 board/commission members and one city employee without filing the 2021 form. Nothing has been done. b) Review the 2021 Ethics Board Activity Report. c) The SEI form for the 2022 year has been updated and it will be sent to Bradley Houston to convert it in a online fillable PDF version as well. d) Website: -The brochure has been updated. -Discuss the possibility to invite Bill Arnold (Public Information Division) for a website update. 5. Parking tickets must be validated in Room 205, (City Clerk's Office) or the first floor Information Booth in City Hall. d) Effective July 1, 2005, persons engaged in lobbying as defined in s. 305-43-4 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances are required to register with the City Clerk's Office License Division.
