Spiker moved division of the question between the appropriation of $5,000,000 to the Department of Public Works and $1,150,000 to the Police Department. The portion of the allocation to the Department of Public Works is reflected by CCFN 210745, and the portion of the allocation to the Police Department is reflected by CCFN 210792. This motion FAILED by the following vote: Aye 1- Spiker No 4- Murphy, Kovac, Zamarripa and Coggs Ald. Zamarripa moved adoption of the $6,000,000 allocation to the Department of Public Works.
