Coordinator Thomas gave a Board of Zoning Appeals presentation as follows: Community Goals & Objectives, Performance Measures, 2023 Budget Summary, Revenues, Budget & Service Changes Members requested data on BOZA applications by aldermanic district and type, fees and fees from other comparable cities -Dept. of City Development Appearing: Lafayette Crump, DCD Commissioner Vanessa Koster, DCD Deputy Commissioner Kenneth Little, DCD Neighborhoods Business Development Manager Amy Turim, DCD Real Estate Development Services Manager Lori Lutzka, DCD Development Projects Manager Sam Leichtling, DCD City Planning Manager Director Kovac and Commissioner Crump gave a Dept. of City Development presentation as follows: Community Goals & Objectives, Performance Measures, 2023 Budget Summary, Special Funds, Special Purpose Accounts, Revenues, Capital Improvements Budget, Budget & Service Changes, Service Delivery Improvements, Advancing Homes MKE, Creating and Preservin Affordable Home Ownership, Utilizing City Real Estate Assets for Housing, Leveraging TIDs to Provide Neighborhood Investments, Revitalizing Commercial Corridors, Community Engagement Members requested data including a breakdown of grants (including Commercial Corridor grants) by aldermanic district and amount, sale of and inventory of city property by aldermanic district and type, remaining Riverwalk portions to be completed, and streetcar impact on development. A motion was made by ALD. SPIKER that this Communication be HELD TO CALL OF THE CHAIR. Limited parking for persons attending meetings is available at reduced rates (5 hour limit) at the Milwaukee Center on the southwest corner of Kilbourn Avenue and Water Street. Parking tickets must be validated in the first floor Information Booth in City Hall. Persons engaged in lobbying as defined in s. 305-43-4 of the Milwaukee Code are required to register with the City Clerk's License Division.
