Spiker requested for workforce demographics, retention, and data related to AWA utilization, the impact and gender breakdown (Ald. Dimitrijevic) from the use of the new parental leave benefits by employees, and outlook for creating an ERG for Muslim employees. Ald. Dimitrijevic and Coggs requested to that service, productivity, and flexibility (telework) be priorities concerning the workforce. Ald. Murphy requested for total dollar figures or projections of all reclassifications for 2023 and 2024 and said for there to be focus on increasing the Hispanic and Asian workforce. A motion was made by ALD. SPIKER that this Communication be HELD TO CALL OF THE CHAIR.
