FPC19077 Resolution to Amend Standard Operating Procedure 160-Persons with Mental Illness Sponsors: THE CHAIR Attachments: Resolution to Amend Standard Operating Procedure 160-Persons with Mental Illness Commissioner Cocroft motioned to recommend approval to the full Board. Commissioner Wilson seconded the motion. None opposed. All in favor. The motion carried unanimously. A motion was made that this Fire And Police Resolution be REFERRED TO the FIRE AND POLICE COMMISSION due back on 3/21/2019. 2. FPC19078 Resolution to Amend Standard Operating Procedure 255-Public Video Surveillance Sponsors: THE CHAIR Attachments: Resolution to Amend Standard Operating Procedure 255-Public Video Surveillance A motion was made by Everett Cocroft, seconded by Anna Wilson, that this Fire And Police Resolution be HELD IN COMMISSION This motion PREVAILED by Voice Vote City of Milwaukee Page 1 FIRE AND POLICE COMMISSION Meeting Minutes - Final March 12, 2019 3. FPC19079 Resolution to Rescind Standard Operating Instruction Nuisance Property Surveillance Sponsors: THE CHAIR Attachments: Resolution to Rescind Standard Operating Instruction Nuisance Property Surveillance Commissioner Cocroft motioned to recommend approval to the full Board. Commissioner Wilson seconded the motion. None opposed. All in favor. The motion carried unanimously. A motion was made that this Fire And Police Resolution be REFERRED TO the FIRE AND POLICE COMMISSION due back on 3/21/2019. Motion to Adjourn A motion was made by Anna Wilson, seconded by Everett Cocroft, that this meeting be adjourned. This motion PREVAILED by Voice Vote. Members of the Fire and Police Commission who are not members of this Committee may attend this meeting to participate or to gather information. Therefore, notice is given that this meeting may constitute a meeting of the Fire and Police Commission or any of its Standing Committees, and must be noticed as such, although they will not take any formal action at this meeting.” Upon reasonable notice, efforts will be made to accommodate the needs of persons with disabilities through sign language interpreters or auxiliary aids.
