FPC20090 Communication from the Fire and Police Commission relating to recent restructuring and staff City of Milwaukee Page 1 Printed on 3/4/2020 FIRE AND POLICE COMMISSION Meeting Agenda - Final March 5, 2020 The Board may receive a motion to convene in closed session in City Hall, room 301-B, 200 East Wells Street, to consider the above promotions, appointment resolutions, residency extension request and to discuss recent staff dismissals, demotions, or disciplines, and staff employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data, pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(b), Wis. Stat. for the purpose of considering dismissal, demotion, licensing or discipline of any public employee or person licensed by the Commission or the investigation of charged against such person, pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(c), Wis. Stat. for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the Commission has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, and pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(f), Wis. Stat., for the purpose of considering financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations. The Board may then reconvene in open session concerning any such item following the closed session. This notice is being made pursuant to Section 19.84 (3) Wis. Stats., "Public Notice of every meeting...shall be given at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of such meeting unless for good cause such notice is impossible or impractical, in which case shorter notice may be given, but in no case may the notice be provided less than two hours in advance of the meeting."
