FPC20139 Communication regarding Chief Morales' upcoming review 2. FPC20143 Communication pertaining to the possible dismissal, demotion, or discipline of an officer arising out of the incident that occurred on April 19, 2020 3. FPC20140 Communication from Chief Morales to consider employment and compensation of the Assistant Chief positions 4. FPC20141 Communication from Chief Morales to consider employment and compensation of the Emergency Communications Manager position 5. FPC20142 Communication from Chief Morales to discuss the dismissal of Police Services Specialist - Investigator (5 positions) The Fire and Police Commission Board may receive a motion to convene in closed session, pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(b), Wis. Stat. for the purpose of considering dismissal, demotion, licensing or discipline of any public employee or person licensed by the Commission or the investigation of charges against such person, pursuant to section 19.85(1)(c), Wis. Stat. for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the Commission has jurisdiction or exercised responsibility, and pursuant to Section 19.85 (1) (g), Wis. Stats. to confer with a representative of the City Attorney's Office who will render oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Board with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved.
