The Fire and Police Commission Board may receive a motion to convene in closed session, pursuant to
Section 19.85(1)(b), Wis. Stat. for the purpose of considering dismissal, demotion, licensing or discipline of
any public employee or person licensed by the Commission or the investigation of charges against such person,
pursuant to section 19.85(1)(c), Wis. Stat. for the purpose of considering employment, promotion,
compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the Commission has
jurisdiction or exercised responsibility, and pursuant to Section 19.85 (1) (g), Wis. Stats. to confer with a
representative of the City Attorney's Office who will render oral or written advice concerning strategy to be
adopted by the Board with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved.
Upon reasonable notice, efforts will be made to accommodate the needs of persons with disabilities through
sign language interpreters or auxiliary aids. For additional information or to request services, contact the Fire

This notice is being made pursuant to Section 19.84 (3) Wis. Stats., "Public Notice of every meeting...shall be
given at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of such meeting unless for good cause such notice is
impossible or impractical, in which case shorter notice may be given, but in no case may the notice be provided
less than two hours in advance of the meeting."
