Opening remarks from the Fire & Police Commission board members and panelists. 2. Discussion on how panelists can collaborate in the process of the creation of a Community Policing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), which is currently being drafted. 3. Discussion on how panelists can collaborate to ensure training of Milwaukee Police Officers is community oriented and occurs on a continual basis. 4. Discussion on the continued collaboration between the panelists and the Fire and Police Commission 5. Summarization of key points made during the meeting. 6. Closing remarks from Fire & Police Commission board members and panelists. Whether a simultaneous meeting is occurring depends on whether the presence of one or more of the Fire and Police Commission members results in a quorum or negative quorum of the Fire and Police Commission or any of the above committees, and, if there is a quorum of another committee, whether any agenda items listed above involve matters within that committee's realm of authority.
