1. FPC20364 Resolution to interview the six finalists for the Chief of Police permanent
position
Motion to Adjourn
The Board may receive a motion to convene in closed session in City Hall, room 301-B, 200 East Wells Street,to consider the disciplinary
communication listed above, or to consider the above promotion or appointment resolutions, pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(c), Wis. Stat. to
consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental
body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, and to the extent applicable. The Board may then reconvene in open session concerning
any such item following the closed session.
Upon reasonable notice, efforts will be made to accommodate the needs of persons with disabilities through sign language interpreters or

be given, but in no case may the notice be provided less than two hours in advance of the meeting."
