*At the December 17, 2020 meeting of the Fire and Police Commission, a motion
was made by Everett Cocroft, seconded by Steven DeVougas, to amend the
December 10, 2020 special meeting minutes to include the request made by
Commissioner Everett Cocroft.

The Board may receive a motion to convene in closed session in City Hall, room 301-B, 200 East Wells Street, to consider the
above appointment resolution, pursuant to Section19.85(1)(c), Wis. Stat. to consider employment, promotion, compensation or
performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises
responsibility, and to the extent applicable, pursuant to Section 19.85 (1)(f), Wis. Stat. to consider financial, medical, social or
personal histories of specific candidates for employment which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial
adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories, and pursuant to Section 19.85 (1) (g) Wis.
Stats. to confer with a representative of the City Attorney's Office who will render oral or written advice concerning strategy
to be adopted by the Board with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved. The Board may then
reconvene in open session concerning any such item following the closed session.
Upon reasonable notice, efforts will be made to accommodate the needs of persons with disabilities through sign language
interpreters or auxiliary aids. For additional information or to request this service, contact the Fire and Police Commission ADA
