3. FPC20429 Resolution to approve the December 10, 2020 special meeting minutes
A motion was made by Everett Cocroft, seconded by Steven DeVougas to amend the
December 10, 2020 special meeting minutes to include the request made by
Commissioner Everett Cocroft which was to upload the resumes of Malik Aziz and
Hoyt Mahaley to file FPC20426 on Legistar for public view.
The amended December 10, 2020 special meeting minutes were adopted.
A motion was made by Everett Cocroft, seconded by Steven DeVougas, that
this Fire And Police Resolution be ADOPTED. This motion PREVAILED by the
following vote:

A request was made by Commissioner Everett Cocroft to read the letter received from
Acting Chief Michael J. Brunson on record to recognize Assistant Chief Jeffrey
Norman as the Interim Acting Chief.
A motion was made by Steven DeVougas, seconded by Fred Crouther, that
this Fire And Police Resolution be ADOPTED. This motion PREVAILED by the
following vote:

performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises
responsibility, and to the extent applicable, pursuant to Section 19.85 (1)(f), Wis. Stat. to consider financial, medical, social or
personal histories of specific candidates for
employment which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any
person referred to in such histories.
Upon reasonable notice, efforts will be made to accommodate the needs of persons with disabilities through sign language
