Stat. for the purpose of considering information pertaining to the dismissal, demotion, licensing or discipline of any public employee, and pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(c), Wis. Stat. to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, and to the extent applicable, pursuant to Section 19.85 (1)(f), Wis. Stat. to consider financial, medical, social or personal histories of specific candidates for employment which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories. The Board may then reconvene in open session concerning any such item following the closed session.
