A motion was made by Anna Wilson, seconded by Amanda Avalos to grant a
temporary residency extension for six months, with a written update to be provided on
or before June 30, 2021 by Firefighter Barlock.

Commissioner Wilson motioned to adjourn, seconded by Commissioner Cocroft.
The meeting ended at 6:47 p.m.
The Board may receive a motion to convene in closed session in City Hall, room 301-B, 200 East
Wells Street, on the modification of disciplinary action or promotions in the Police Department, or the
promotion or the Residency Exemption request in the Fire Department pursuant to Section 19.85(1)
(b), Wis. Stat. for the purpose of considering information pertaining to the dismissal, demotion,
licensing or discipline of any public employee, pursuant to Section 19.85 (1)(c) Wis. Stats. to
consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public
employee over whom the Board has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, or pursuant to Section
19.85 (1)(f) Wis. Stats. to consider financial, medical, social or personal histories of specific
candidates for employment which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse
effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories.
The Board may then reconvene in open session concerning any such item following the closed session.
Upon reasonable notice, efforts will be made to accommodate the needs of persons with disabilities
through sign language interpreters or auxiliary aids. For additional information or to request this
