1. FPC21248 Resolution to elect the Chair pro tem of the FPC Board
Edward Fallone nominated Joan Kessler for Chair pro tem of the FPC Board,
seconded by LaNelle Ramey. Joan Kessler accepted the nomination. Fred
Crouther nominated Everett Cocroft, seconded by Amanda Avalos. Everett
Cocroft rejected the nomination. The nomination of Joan Kessler PREVAILED
by the following vote:
Aye: 7- Avalos, Cocroft, Crouther, Fallone, Wilson, Kessler, and Ramey

Joan Kessler nominated LaNelle Ramey for Vice-Chair of the FPC Board,
seconded by Edward Fallone. LaNelle Ramey accepted the nomination. Anna
Wilson nominated Everett Cocroft, seconded by LaNelle Ramey. Everett Cocroft
accepted the nomination. Everett Cocroft was elected Vice-Chair by the
following vote:

items listed under the Executive/Closed Session, pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(b), Wis. Stat. for the
purpose of considering information pertaining to the dismissal, demotion, licensing or discipline of any
public employee, or pursuant to Section 19.85 (1)(c) Wis. Stats. to consider employment, promotion,
compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over whom the Board has
jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, or pursuant to Section 19.85 (1)(f) Wis. Stats. to consider
financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary
consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons
which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation
of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations, or
pursuant to Section 19.85 (1) (g) Wis. Stats. to confer with legal counsel who will render oral or
written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Board with respect to litigation in which it is
or is likely to become involved.
The Board will then reconvene in open session concerning the remaining items on the
agenda following the closed session which will occur no sooner than 5:30 p.m.

Anna Wilson motioned to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Amanda Avalos. None
opposed. All in favor. The motion carried.

Police Department or the appointments or promotions in the Fire Department, pursuant to Section

The Board may then reconvene in open session concerning any such item following the closed session.
