FPC21248 Resolution to elect the Chair pro tem of the FPC Board Edward Fallone nominated Joan Kessler for Chair pro tem of the FPC Board, seconded by LaNelle Ramey. Joan Kessler accepted the nomination. Fred Crouther nominated Everett Cocroft, seconded by Amanda Avalos. Everett Cocroft rejected the nomination. The nomination of Joan Kessler PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye: 7- Avalos, Cocroft, Crouther, Fallone, Wilson, Kessler, and Ramey No: 0 Joan Kessler was elected Chair pro tem. 2. FPC21250 Resolution to elect the Vice-Chair of the FPC Board Cocroft: 6 - Avalos, Cocroft, Crouther, Fallone, Wilson, and Ramey Ramey: 1 - Kessler Joan Kessler nominated LaNelle Ramey for Vice-Chair of the FPC Board, seconded by Edward Fallone. LaNelle Ramey accepted the nomination. Anna Wilson nominated Everett Cocroft, seconded by LaNelle Ramey. Everett Cocroft accepted the nomination. Stat. for the purpose of considering information pertaining to the dismissal, demotion, licensing or discipline of any public employee, or pursuant to Section 19.85 (1)(c) Wis. Stats. to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over whom the Board has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, or pursuant to Section 19.85 (1)(f) Wis. Stats. to consider financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations, or pursuant to Section 19.85 (1) (g) Wis. None opposed. All in favor. The motion carried.
