A motion was made by Anna Wilson, seconded by LaNelle Ramey, that this
Fire and Police Resolution be ADOPTED. This motion PREVAILED by the
following vote:
Aye: 7- Avalos, Fallone, Cocroft, Crouther, Kessler, Ramey, and Wilson
No: 0
3. FPC21252 Resolution regarding whether to continue with or terminate the current
selection process for the position of Chief of Police of the Milwaukee
Police Department

Fred Crouther motioned to terminate the current selection process, seconded
by Joan Kessler. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote:
Aye: 7- Avalos, Fallone, Cocroft, Crouther, Kessler, Ramey, and Wilson
No: 0
Motion to Adjourn
Anna Wilson motioned to adjourn the meeting, seconded by LaNelle Ramey. All in favor. None
opposed. The motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 6:08 p.m.
This notice is being made pursuant to Section 19.84 (3) Wis. Stats., "Public Notice of every
meeting...shall be given at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of such meeting unless for good
cause such notice is impossible or impractical, in which case shorter notice may be given, but in no
case may the notice be provided less than two hours in advance of the meeting.
